Authority & Sanction:
The AIMS National Championships shall be conducted annually under the official authority and sanction of the All India Masters Sports Federation (AIMSF).
 

Eligibility to Bid:
 

Any State Masters Sports Association affiliated with AIMSF is eligible to submit a bid. Any State Sports Organisation / Event Management Company approved by the affiliated State Masters Sports Association is eligible to submit a bid. The applicant must have the approval of its State Executive Committee.

However in non member States, non performing States or under performing States the AIMSF will directly conduct the Championships in association with the Government and or Event Management Companies.

Bidding Procedure:
 

Interested State Associations / Organisations shall submit a Formal Bid Application Letter to Secretary General AIMSF along with:
 

• Bidding Application Fee: ₹15,000/- (Non-refundable)
   
• Proposed Venue Details, Accommodation & Transport Plan etc

• List of Sports Disciplines you wish to conduct (Maximum Two)
   
• State / Local Government / City Mayor’s Support Letter
   
• Funding / Sponsorship Commitment Details
   

Minimum Requirements:
 

Maximum of 2 Sports Disciplines is allotted to be conducted by any given Organisation. 

Two or more States may bid for different sports discilplines every year. The National Championships must be conducted between 1st May to 31st October Every Year.
 

Proper facilities, medical support, and officials as per AIMSF norms must be ensured.
 

Allotment & Announcement:
 

The AIMSF Board will evaluate all bids and announce the Host Cities & States after due review and verification.
 

Compliance:
 

The Host Association must adhere to all AIMSF rules, branding, and event standards.
 

AIMSF reserves the right to withdraw sanction in case of non-compliance.

Note: Entry Fees: AIMSF shall transfer 50% of the Entry Fees collected to LOC for Nationals after tax and gateway fee deductions.
