ALL INDIA MASTERS SPORTS
Authority & Sanction:
The AIMS National Championships shall be conducted annually under the official authority and sanction of the All India Masters Sports Federation (AIMSF).
Eligibility to Bid:
Any State Masters Sports Association affiliated with AIMSF is eligible to submit a bid.
The applicant must have the approval of its State Executive Committee.
Bidding Procedure:
Interested State Associations shall submit a Formal Bid Application Letter to Secretary General AIMSF along with:
Sanction Fee:
Upon approval of the bids, the selected hosts / States must remit a Sanction Fee of ₹3,00,000/- to AIMSF within 15 days of allotment.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 Sports Disciplines must be conducted in any given State.
Two or three States may bid for different sports discilplines every year. The National Championships must be conducted between 1st August to 31st October Every Year.
Proper facilities, medical support, and officials as per AIMSF norms must be ensured.
Allotment & Announcement:
The AIMSF Board will evaluate all bids and announce the Host Cities & States after due review and verification.
Compliance:
The Host Association must adhere to all AIMSF rules, branding, and event standards.
AIMSF reserves the right to withdraw sanction in case of non-compliance.
Note: 50% of the Entry Fees given to LOC: AIMSF shall transfer 50% of the Entry Fees collected for Nationals after tqx and gateway fee deductions to the LOC.
In a State which is not yet a AIMSF Member, AIMSF shall conduct the Nationals in Association with the City Government/Mayor and any other Sports or Educational Organisation
